Turner is 2 months old

I can't believe on Saturday Turner was 2 months old.... Saying time flies when you're having fun is a HUGE understatement! Last Thursday we had his 2 month check up and he weighs 11 lbs 9 oz and is 24 1/2 inches long! The doctor said he's just perfect. Turner's still sleeping great at night, only waking up around 4:00am for his early morning feeding. He's eating 8 oz now every 6 hours. He smiles, coos, and laughs all the time. Especially at 4:30 in the morning. He now loves baths, naps, doesn't throw a fit when his diaper is changed, he loves sleeping with his giraffe, having his hair played with and he just LOVES looking at the lights on our Christmas tree. It melts my heart every time we stand near it, he gets the most amazing look of excitement on his face and can't stop smiling! It's priceless.
As Christmas draws near, my heart is filled with such emotions. John & I are forever grateful to his birth mom for choosing us to raise her son & can't imagine how hard the holidays must be for her. We are looking forward to seeing her in the next few weeks so she can snuggle with our sweet little angel. She's going to be so shocked to see how much he has grown!
Here are a few of my favorite pictures of Turner during the last month. ENJOY!

I love hearing your heart about the holidays for our birthparents. We actually spent one Christmas with Mandy, and it was something I will never forget. It so very emotional because of how grateful you are for this miracle, but at the same time you know the greif has to breathtaking for their birthparents at times. Don't you feel so honored that God brought you here, not only because of sweet Turner, but just because of how it's changed your understanding of Him???

Love the new pictures. I wish I knew what Sadie weighed right now, but I bet it's not 11.9! He's gonna be big!
