" What's wrong mom....it's water, aren't you suppose to play in it?"
Since we are beginning our adoption journey again, John & I figured we ought to get started on Turner's big boy room~! So on Saturday, John was such a trooper...he painted ALL DAY LONG! While Aunt CC, Turner and me played :) I'm going to paint the little boy's arms and legs brown so it looks more like Turner...it's his own mirror just his size!
John & my dad are going to make trees this weekend out of ply-wood and mount them to the wall for his "reading corner" where the tent currently sits. We have had this furniture for a while now..it's amazing what a few coats of paint and new hardware will do!
Then they are going to make another big tree that will go behind his bed all the way to the ceiling...it's going to be REALLY cool! Eventually we'll paint birds, bees, worms, flowers and dogs on the wall...but that will take some time! Turner loves playing in his room...he's not ready to sleep in there, but we've been spending lots and lots of time in there!

Every day this week, right after we get home and take care of the dogs, we immediately go outside and take a walk around the neighborhood, then eat, then go back outside until it's bath time!

we've been spending alot of time outside as well. i keep meaning to get the boy's rooms on the blog, but never seem to get a picture when they are all nice and neat. i love turner's room. crazy to think he could be in that big bed in no time.
His room looks SO fun! I think I wanna stay there:) Best of luck with the interviews, we'll be prayin' for y'all!
